One link. Sent by your staff.
The pilot format pairs the card with a suggested caption and your next-visit offer. Staff sends the link by text; clients choose whether to share. No customer app is part of the plan.
Staff checks. Then the perk.
The client submits their public post link. Your staff reviews the post and checks that it tags your med spa before approving the next-visit reward. This is a human review, not automated verification.
Clients can keep their visit private. Sharing is optional, and rewards are for eligible posts — never for a positive review.
